How you got started with nude recreation: My husband, Bob, thought it would be fun. He took me to a club called Sun Valley Gardens near Hamilton, Ontario in Canada about 35 years ago. He was right—it was a lot of fun. I’ve been enjoying it ever since.

What does nude recreation give to you/mean to you: Nude recreation gives me the freedom to enjoy myself in nature’s most comfortable covering: my skin. It has also been an avenue where I’ve met many interesting and friendly people.

Your vision for nude recreation/ or / your vision for AANR or AANR-East: I would like to see the negative connotations often associated with nude recreation dispelled. AANR and AANR-East’s continued promotion of nude recreation as the fun, wholesome activity it is will help accomplish this.

Most fun nude: I like just living life. Pétanque is my favorite sport at a nudist club.

Other hobbies and interests: Photography and creating greeting cards from my photos are my favorite pastimes. I’m also fond of reading, bowling, and keeping in touch with distant friends (many of whom I’ve met through nude recreation) with emails.
