White Thorn Lodge, on the Pennsylvania border with Ohio, has been in existence since 1961. Their famous Nude Volleyball Superbowl celebrates its 40th year this coming September. With all that history, no wonder it's such a neat place!

Lots of beautiful flowers adorn the entryway, the clubhouse, and nearly everywhere you look. The wooded land provides lots of shade on hot summer days while rolling hills add another element to the character of the club.

Hawthorne Hall is a building devoted strictly to the children. They have their own TV and entertainment as well as bicycles lined up out front waiting for them to ride. In addition to a separate large clubhouse for residents of any age, there is a third clubhouse with a pool table, TV, and lending library for the adults. Another featured area is the very large dog run which the canine members thoroughly enjoy. You could say there is something for everyone at this club in the Pennsylvania hills!
