Pam and Bob enjoy their visit

July 2010

Since our home club, North Carolina Naturists, is a non-landed club, it has planned trips to Carolina Foothills Resort (CFR) in Chesnee, SC many times. Having been on those trips, we knew what an enjoyable place it is. However, Bob and I had never made an official Roving Ambassadors visit with the opportunity to sit down with club officials and discuss both their club and AANR.

The club was having a "Roaring Twenties"-themed day when we did make that official visit. There were poolside games, a corn hole tournament, Charleston lessons, and much more. The Club President as well as the Public Relations contact, Verna Eller, took time out from the festivities to meet with us.

When we had finished our discussion, the Club President gave us a tour of the grounds. We viewed many recent improvements, including the newly-painted pool and refurbished cabins. Some relaxing time by the pool finished off a very pleasant visit. We left as the proud owners of CFR t-shirts which had been given to us as gifts. Those shirts can remind everyone who sees us wearing them to include a visit to Carolina Foothills in their schedules. They are sure to have a good time if they do it.
